75 hours per fortnight, continuing position

The Case Coordinator, Homes First program will provide clients with intensive casemanagement support, working from a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to support clients to addressunmet needs and participate in the community.

The Team Leader, Refugee and Asylum Seeker Services is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient coordination of Settle Well, Job Readiness and our AOD Programs. The position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring caseloads, including providing day-to-day practice supervision support and guidance to staff to ensure positive outcomes.

Offers of employment and commencement in a position at CatholicCare Victoria are conditional upon receipt of a successful Police Record check assessment, an International Police check (if you have lived overseas for 12 months continuously in the past 10 years), and a Working with Children Check.

CatholicCare Victoria has PBI tax status, and the salary can be packaged to the benefit of the incumbent.
