SustainHealth are rapidly growing our service offering and is looking for a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant or Trainee Consultant, to work in our fun and energetic Sydney CBD office space with flexible working arrangements available.

The Role:

• Build, support and develop relationships between candidates and clients

• Business development with new and existing clients

• Daily team collaboration

• Manage and or build a successful billing desk in healthcare recruitment

• Work closely with the sales, compliance, brand management and marketing teams

• Work with a very supportive and knowledgeable team and managers

• Consistently deliver the values and vision of the SustainHealth brand

About You:

• You will have experience in 360-degree recruitment life cycle or be willing to learn this

• Healthcare experience is highly desirable

• KPI sales experience is desirable

• You will be a strong, confident and assertive communicator, across all mediums

• Strong organisational planning and time management skills required
