About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery, from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations, financial targets, and company standards. You will lead project teams, manage contracts, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve seamless execution. Your expertise in planning, budgeting, and communication will be key to driving project success.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, train and develop Project Managers, Contract Administrators and Leading Hands.
- Identify skill gaps in the team to guide future training and development.
- Maintain open and clear lines of communication with Project Managers to achieve daily and project outcomes.
- Conduct site quality checks to ensure the delivery of high-quality work to clients.
- Support and drive company professional development initiatives.
- Manage team and Project Manager budgets, taking ownership of team pipelines and targets.
- Provide guidance and support to Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time and to company and client standards.
- Manage and build new client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, promoting a strong safety culture.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A plumbing qualification with commercial/industrial experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position in plumbing, construction, or a related industry.
- A degree in Project Management or equivalent, or extensive industry experience.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Capacity to develop relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Strong management skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
- A strong commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Strong time management, analytical and numerical skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office suites, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- The ability to work flexibly and adapt to project demands.
