Peel Health Campus is a general hospital located in the City of Mandurah, 75 km south of Perth on the doorstep of the south-west, known for its stunning beaches, internationally significant wetlands, and some of Australia’s most spectacular waterways for boating, fishing and wildlife.

Our vision is Excellent health care, every time. We are seeking a Staff Engagement and Wellness Coordinator to join our team. The successful applicant supports Peel Health Campus in ongoing clinical, culture and corporate reform and the embedding and enhancement of a patient focused, engaged and performance driven culture. Leads, develops, implements and evaluates activities related to effective staff engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Peel Health Campus in ongoing clinical, culture and corporate reform
- Embed and enhance a patient focused, engaged and performance driven culture
- Lead, develop, implement and evaluate activities related to effective staff engagement
