Position Overview
The Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of product development plans. This position requires strong leadership and project management skills to coordinate resources, manage timelines, and achieve project deliverables within established parameters.
The Project Manager will work closely with various internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, making it ideal for a proactive and organised individual.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a highly qualified individual with a proven track record in project management within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP, PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in engineering or design principles, along with a keen understanding of procurement and manufacturing processes. A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement is essential.
