One of our clients, Anatoli Pizza and Pasta, a well-loved local Italian restaurant under Anatoli 2 Pty Ltd, is looking for a passionate and skilled Chef to join their dynamic kitchen team. If you have a love for authentic Italian cuisine and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, cook, and present a variety of Italian dishes including pizzas, pastas, and entrees.
• Ensure all meals are prepared to a consistently high standard in line with restaurant recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
• Assist in menu planning, portion control, and stock management.
• Monitor kitchen operations to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Train and supervise kitchen assistants and support staff when required.
• Collaborate with management to ensure quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
• Must have full work Rights in Australia
• Relevant culinary qualification Cert 3, Cert 4 & Diploma.
