If you want to be part of our happy team please apply now.**Position Purpose:*** To provide care to residents in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies and procedures of Mercy Health.* To provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care.* To work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information required for ACFI assessment and classification.* Participation in the quality process.**What you’ll bring**You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
