Job Description

We are expanding our multidisciplinary team supporting NDIS participants living around the North Perth region and welcome a Senior Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact in their local community. You'll bring expertise, maturity, and strong time management and organisational skills to the role.

We will provide you with structured supervision, mentoring, and CPD opportunities. We promise to invest in you, so you can thrive in our fast-paced, energetic, and fun workplace. No two days are ever the same You might find us in childcare centres, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, the community, homes, and/or our clinic space.

Responsibilities will include:

- Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services.
- Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.
- Mentor and nurture early career clinicians.
- Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in delivering person-centred Occupational Therapy services
- Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
