About Our Client

Our client is a leading Australian financial services and technology group, recently expanded through the acquisition of a portfolio administration business. They provide advisers with a comprehensive platform for portfolio administration, reporting, and investment solutions, serving clients across retail, high-net-worth, and family office segments.

Job Description

- Lead and manage a team of Portfolio Reconstruction Associates.
- Oversee accurate portfolio reconciliations, valuations, and reporting.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with controls and governance.
- Act as escalation point for complex client and internal queries.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate with Technology and other teams to enhance systems and workflows.
- Mentor team members and contribute to broader strategic initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager - Investment Operations (Transitions & Reconstructions) should have:

- A strong background in investment operations within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in managing transitions and reconstructions for complex portfolios.
- Excellent understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High-level proficiency in relevant financial systems and tools.
- A results-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
