Our Investment Governance team supports Macquarie’s Investment Platform business (Macquarie Wrap) within our Wealth Management business. The Investment Platform business has around $160 billion in funds under administration.

What role will you play?
As the Senior Investment Governance Manager, you will collaborate with a variety of key stakeholders, including the CIO, Board, Product, Change Management, and the Wealth Investment Forum. Your primary responsibilities will involve driving and executing the evolution of investment governance frameworks and processes, overseeing and contributing to investment research and due diligence, and preparing reports and insights to present to stakeholders such as the Wealth Investment Forum and Board. Additionally, you will provide leadership, insight, and guidance to team members and the broader business.

- Knowledge of Australian regulatory frameworks, in particular in relation to superannuation and knowledge of Australian financial products, investment governance and financial markets

- Proven experience in driving change and transforming processes to achieve optimal outcomes for team members, clients and stakeholders
- Take a hands-on approach with a delivery mindset, while also providing insights and direction
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate with and influence senior stakeholders
- Understand new concepts quickly with a problem-solving mindset and be able to form views which consider a range of variables (including qualitative and quantitative).
