- Provide R&R relief for project-based HSEQ teams, offering consistent leadership and advisory support.
- Liaise with clients, regulators, and auditors to maintain transparent and productive relationships.

About You

You’re an experienced and proactive HSEQ professional who thrives in both office and site environments. You enjoy working collaboratively and building trusted relationships across all levels of the business.

The successful applicant will have:

- Strong HSEQ advisory experience across Health, Safety, Environment and Quality in construction, demolition, or civil industries.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and conduct internal and external audits, including accreditation and compliance audits.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience contributing to HSEQ sections of tenders and project documentation.
- Willingness to travel and provide FIFO coverage and relief on project sites.
- A results-driven mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and prior experience in a similar role within the civil, remediation or demolition sectors.
