As a Corporate Advisory Manager / Supervisor, you'll lead a team of consultants and analysts, manage complex engagements, and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact advisory solutions.

Key responsibilities

- Leading and mentoring a team across multiple advisory engagements.

- Managing workflow and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.

- Advising on valuations, due diligence, IPOs, M&A, and financial modelling.

- Preparing independent expert reports and purchase price allocations.

- Supporting capital raising, private equity transactions, and strategic reviews.

About You

- CA/CPA qualified with experience in professional services, including corporate advisory.

- Strong technical knowledge of valuation methodologies, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.

- A strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a passion for delivering values
