Role Overview

You will be responsible for writing residential loan applications and supporting the team with new-to-bank opportunities. You will be accountable for self-sourcing new to bank business opportunities, business development and driving mortgage sales and identifying cross‑selling opportunities to deliver growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Building strong customer relationships and fostering new relationships

- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets for the team through relevant roadshows, marketing and self‑sourcing new to bank business opportunities

- Develop business acumen and provide advice based on individual customer needs

- Perform credit analysis and manage end‑to‑end home loan applications as required

- Develop a strong referral network for the bank and develop new business

Skills and Experience required

- Demonstrated track record of self‑sourcing and writing home loan applications and exceeding targets in a similar bank or non‑bank environment

- Strong referral network

- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills

- Solid financial acumen and credit writing skills
