Overview

We’re seeking a driven and hands-on Business Development Manager to help establish and grow our client’s presence in the Queensland façade market. This is a practical, relationship-focused role, ideal for someone hungry to make an impact and build a pipeline from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing

- Building and managing a local network of developers, builders, architects, and consultants across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
- Identifying early project opportunities and supporting the estimating team with market insights.
- Representing the business at industry events, forums, and client meetings.
- Converting tenders into wins and contributing to long-term growth in QLD.

What we’re looking for

- Proven business development or sales experience in construction, façades, or a related industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, personable, and commercially focused with the drive to deliver results.
- Comfortable working independently while staying connected with the Sydney head office team.
