- Leading the site safety function as the go‑to expert for all health and safety matters.
- Partnering across teams — operations, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain — to identify risks and implement practical, high‑impact safety solutions.
- Conducting risk assessments and investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Designing and delivering site‑specific safety programs aligned with national strategies and our Health & Safety Centre of Excellence.
- Monitoring and reporting on safety performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Championing employee engagement through training, toolbox talks, and visible leadership.
- Coaching and mentoring frontline leaders, influencing safe behaviours across all shifts.
- Collaborating nationally with your fellow Health & Safety Business Partners to share best practices and support broader business safety priorities.

- Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, ideally within FMCG or beverage production.
- Strong knowledge of Work Health & Safety legislation, standards, and risk management practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A hands‑on leadership style, thriving in fast‑paced environments and passionate about building a safety‑first culture.

- Inclusive culture where every voice matters.
- Flexible work options and support for work‑life balance.
- Career development through national networks and leadership pathways.
- Commitment to wellbeing, safety, and sustainability.
- Be part of something bigger — helping us protect what matters most: our people.
