We are seeking to establish a pool of Education Support Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 4, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

At South Ballajura Education Support Centre (ESC), our students are at the heart of everything we do. The Role

- Deliver high-impact, evidence-based teaching aligned to the Western Australian Curriculum, ABLEWA, and SEN reporting.
- Differentiate learning programs and promote augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) to support students with complex communication needs.
- Implement Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed practice, and Berry Street strategies to enhance student engagement and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with colleagues, Education Assistants, families, and external agencies to maximise student achievement and progress.
- Use data and individual education plans (IEPs) to identify, monitor, and celebrate student growth.
