We are seeking to establish a pool of Early Childhood Education Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full‑time and part‑time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

We are looking for highly motivated, dedicated, and innovative Early Childhood teachers with strong interpersonal skills. You would work collaboratively in team environments and display an openness and capacity for learning as we continue our improvement journey. East Beechboro PS values the importance of student voice for planning effective and engaging lessons and uses Teaching for Impact to maximise learning outcomes for all students. Knowledge of PLD, Talk 4 Writing and the Cubed reading assessment would be beneficial.

A passion for play‑based, hands‑on learning – balanced with explicit instruction across all curriculum areas is an ideal trait. The ability to use a variety of assessment tools to inform progress, enable constructive feedback and drive future planning at a classroom level will be highly regarded. Applicants should have a thorough knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (ELYF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) best practices. To be successful in this role, you will ideally be reflective, open to professional conversations, value collaboration and foster a mindset that ensures each child is a successful learner.

Applicants with experience in developing a positive classroom culture, which includes implementing positive, consistent behaviour practices through clear expectations and effective classroom management will be highly regarded.
