Sales Manager – Real Estate | Lead, Grow, Succeed | Location: Inner and North Eastern suburbs Melbourne | Type: Full-time | Salary: $110 plus comms. OTE can be up to 250K

Are you a high-performing real estate professional ready to lead a team to new heights? We’re on the hunt for an ambitious and strategic Sales Manager to join our real estate client. If you're a natural leader with a passion for property and a proven track record in residential sales, this is your opportunity to shape a dynamic team and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Set and track KPIs to meet and exceed targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Oversee listings, vendor management and campaign execution
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Foster a strong culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability
- Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local networks

About You / Qualifications

- Proven success in real estate sales (3–5+ years minimum)
- Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Motivated, process and results-driven
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Confident with CRM and digital sales tools
- Passionate about mentoring and building team capability and overachieving team targets
