THE ROLE

As part of our Agency Sales team you will collaborate with the Sales, Creative, Integration, Airtime and Programming teams to ensure a smooth delivery of content and promotions with a high‑quality delivery of commercial campaigns to our clients and listeners.

Your goal will be to ensure the highest quality in administrative support and take initiative to assist the sales team in achieving its goals and revenue for the business.

What you will be doing and what skills you may have

Responsibilities

- Effective implementation of integrated client campaigns; coordinate & communicate with a range of internal & external stakeholders to ensure campaign delivery.

- Assist with presentations and proposals.

- Preparation of correspondence and respond to client queries for Client Executives.

- Processing of on‑air booking approval of forms, sourcing advertising material and instructions plus assisting the implementation of client campaigns.

- Effective use of sales resources and process reports for Client Executives.

- Assist with organisation of client events and functions as required.

- Prepare post‑campaign analysis including post & pre‑times, air checks, etc. for specific clients as required.

- Maintain and promote effective working relationships with key functions including creative, promotions, programming, etc.

Qualifications

- Experience within a fast‑paced business with excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Previous Sales Administration or Coordinator experience within Broadcast Media or Advertising industries will be highly regarded.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly using EXCEL and PowerPoint.

- A natural curiosity to improve processes with a view to meeting and exceeding your manager’s expectations around service delivery.
