ABOUT THE ROLE
- Monday-Friday Roster hours between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Free Parking.
- Immediate start required to commence a 2 week training period on the 27th of October.
We are looking for a flexible and committed Customer Care Facilitator to join our young and vibrant team. We are looking for someone to commit to a Monday to Friday roster between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to show off your skills and customer service to our customers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Some key responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and email in a timely manner
- Accurately lodge all cases and solve customer queries and relevant details in Salesforce
- Take ownership and see customer requests through from start to finish
- Maintain knowledge of a variety of relevant business systems, proactively troubleshoot and identify potential faults promptly
- Provide support for our award-winning products including Book a Bay, Wilson One and Epark
- Follow up on all requests for refund
ABOUT YOU
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to be proactive and take ownership.
- Able to multitask and handle challenges in an efficient and effective manner
- Computer literate and willingness to learn new skills.
- Previous call centre experience is highly desirable.
