Position: Carpenter

The ideal candidate will take pride in their workmanship, be punctual and reliable, and demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality across every project.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be hands‑on in building, assembling, and installing a wide range of timber structures used in our high‑quality residential and commercial projects:

- Taking instructions from project supervisor and working from construction drawings to organise materials and plan your tasks on site.

- Handling structural carpentry work, including framing walls, building floors and roof structures, and preparing decks and verandahs.

- Completing internal fit‑outs, such as installing doors, staircases, cabinetry, and timber features, and performing detailed trim work like skirtings and architraves.

- Working on renovation and extension projects, including modifying existing structures and carrying out repair or rectification works as needed.

- Operating tools safely and responsibly, contributing to maintaining a safe, tidy, and professional worksite in line with company WHS procedures.

- Occasionally, you may also assist with minor formwork for concreting, particularly on decks, alfresco areas, or landscaping features.

Qualifications

- Certificate III in Carpentry

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a carpenter
