It requires managing multiple initiatives of varying complexity, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and working closely with Sales Support and Broker Governance teams to ensure seamless transition into business-as-usual operations.**About You**Your experience in the third-party environment and strong grasp of mortgage lending equip you to navigate the broker landscape with confidence. You’ve worked across change, operations or transformation roles in financial services or similarly regulated industries and have a proven ability to deliver tangible improvements in efficiency and customer experience.You think strategically, communicate effectively and lead change with a customer-first mindset.
