We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our respected team in Sydney who are front and centre of our Australian growth strategy.You’ll join a collaborative group talent acquisition team, where your capability in sourcing including mapping passive talent markets, reaching out directly to potential candidates, and building robust talent pools will be key to supporting hard-to-fill technical roles and strategic hires. You’ll be up to speed with sourcing techniques and have a genuine passion for connecting with hard-to-reach candidates.No two days will be the same in this role that supports the successful delivery of end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of critical hard-to-fill technical positions. The diversity of roles reflects our growth markets in Defence, Water, and Energy, requiring strong commercial acumen and consulting skills. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Business Partners on talent pooling and market mapping for key roles, as well as supporting the wider group function on strategic resourcing initiatives and projects.**About You**Recruitment will be part of your DNA,havingworkedacross the spectrum of talent acquisition, with capability and passion for resourcing, and search. You excel in building collaborative relationships internally and externally and build capability with hiring managers and team members. Candidate experience will be a central pillar of your best practice philosophy.If you have experience in internal recruitment, you’ll find it easier to transition into our business and navigate complex processes and matrix structures.
