Lexer is hiring a Marketing Manager to help us grow our brand, generate leads, and fuel our sales pipeline. This is a mid-level role with a tonne of opportunity for someone who’s creative, sharp, and ready to own high-impact programs from day one.
What’s the role?
As Marketing Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of our marketing engine owning content creation, running our website, improving conversion flows, and managing CRM programs (with HubSpot and AI tools to help). You’re a great fit if you…
- Have 3–5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or retail tech
- Love writing and are comfortable using AI tools to speed things up
- Know your way around HubSpot, CMS platforms, and digital lead funnels
- Understand SEO, website optimization, and email marketing
- Are high-output, autonomous, and excited to own measurable outcomes
- Enjoy collaborating across functions to bring ideas to life
What you’ll be doing
First 3 months
- Start writing content—blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, etc.
- Get to know our CRM, website, and lead capture flows
- Analyze current performance and suggest early improvements
- Support sales and field marketing programs
6–12 months
- Own the Lexer website and content calendar
- Launch new case studies and persona-driven content
- Improve MQL conversion and funnel performance
- Help plan and run customer marketing and events
- Recommend new tools, automations, or creative approaches
