Overview

The Guest Services Attendant will complete car park validations whilst also handling all customer queries. In this role you will learn and develop an understanding of the business, products, and promotions. We’re currently seeking expressions of interest for part-time positions at the Star Grand Hotel.

- Passion and enthusiasm for providing 5-star customer service
- Previous experience with hotel operating systems
- Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts
