Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues in a Windows environment.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and SharePoint environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment, including routers and switches.
- Work closely with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful delivery of IT services and projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Australian Citizenship / Permanent Residency
- Proven experience in a Level 2/3 Support role, preferably within an MSP environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft suite (365, Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint).
- Experience with networking equipment such as routers and switches (desirable) & Fortinet Firewalls
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Relevant IT certifications are highly desirable.
