About the Role

Supported by our Food & Beverage Operations Manager and a kitchen team driven toward excellence, you’ll be entrusted with leading the day-to-day restaurant operations while shaping the overall guest experience.

You will:

- Lead, inspire and develop a passionate front-of-house team
- Drive a culture of service excellence and warm, intuitive hospitality
- Manage and evolve restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution and consistent quality
- Collaborate closely with kitchen leadership on food and beverage offerings
- Curate and refine beverage menus, including wine pairings and seasonal cocktails
- Develop and deliver training and upskilling to raise the standard at every level
- Lead from the floor — visible, hands-on, and deeply connected to team and guests
- Be accountable for service standards, operational efficiency, cost control and revenue targets

About You

- You have a sharp eye for detail and a relentless focus on quality and consistency
