What you'll do:
As a Client Services Officer based in Melbourne CBD, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience by being the primary point of contact for both clients and advisers. Your day will involve handling a high volume of queries across various communication channels.
- Respond promptly to inbound telephone calls, emails, and web chats from clients and advisers regarding products, services, and general enquiries.
- Deliver high-quality service within designated time-frames to ensure all interactions reflect the organisation’s professional standards.
