Job Description

- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the agriculture sector.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing markets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.

- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market developments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager - Agriculture should have:

- Proven experience in business development or sales within the industrial or manufacturing industry.

- A strong understanding of the agriculture sector and its market dynamics.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

- The ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

- A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
