At ARN, one of Australia’s leading audio‑led entertainment companies, you have an opportunity to share your voice in the future of audio. With 58 radio stations in 33 markets, along with 46 DAB+ stations nationwide and our digital platform, iHeart, we go beyond the airwaves, capturing the hearts and minds of listeners in both metro and regional communities across Australia.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll be part of the tech team behind the scenes, making sure our studio and streaming equipment are running like clockwork. If something goes wrong, you’re the one to fix it
- Monitor and maintain our radio transmitter sites. It’s all about making sure our signals are always 100% so Australia can keep jamming.
- Help out with IT issues, from hardware and software fixes to sorting out any problems that pop up.
What We’re Looking For
We don’t need you to be a tech genius just yet If you’re into audio, tech, and learning new things, you’ll fit right in. Got some basic knowledge of equipment? Even better Mostly, we’re after someone with:
- An interest in computers, broadcast, or audio gear (the cooler the better)
- Awesome time‑management skills (because, let’s face it, radio waits for no one)
- Top‑notch communication (you’ll be talking to a lot of different people)
- A problem‑solving mindset (like a tech Sherlock Holmes)
What’s in It for You?
- Perks Think merch, giveaways, and event tickets (you’ll be going to concerts and shows on us)
- Extra time off: Birthday leave, charity leave, plus all the usual perks like paid parental leave and bonus leave.
- Discounts on lifestyle stuff: From gym memberships to health insurance and more.
- Career growth: We’ve got award‑winning learning programs to help you level up in your career.
Our Vibe
At ARN, we’ve got four key values that make us who we are:
- Aim High – set big goals and achieve together.
- Own It – take ownership and be solutions focused.
- Be Your Best Self – create the environment we need to thrive.
- Make a Difference – seek out ways to have a positive impact
