Contract Dates: 29 September – 19 December

About the Role

Help maintain parks, reserves, and open spaces to keep them clean, safe, and enjoyable for the community. You’ll use equipment like mowers and trucks, work with a friendly team, and make a visible impact in your local area.

What You’ll Do

- Maintain public parks and open spaces

- Operate and clean equipment like mowers and trucks

- Check equipment daily and fill out logbooks

- Follow safety procedures and review risk assessments

- Attend team meetings and report any issues

- Support other team members when needed

- Keep accurate records of your work

What You’ll Need

- Medium Rigid Driver’s Licence (required)

- Experience in turf management or horticulture

- Ability to read maps and take measurements

- Good communication and problem-solving skills

- Certificate in a related field (preferred)

- Working with Children Check
