What You’ll Do:

- Carry out treatment plans created by the Occupational Therapist
- Lead one-on-one and group therapy sessions to improve residents' functional abilities
- Support residents with daily activities that enhance independence and confidence
- Document resident progress clearly and timely
- Communicate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure personalized care
- Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy goals and exercises
- Promote a respectful, welcoming, and safe environment

What You Bring:

- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active COTA license in the State of Ohio
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- A passion for helping older adults achieve their goals
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care is a plus—but not required
