What You'll Do:

  • Carry out treatment plans created by the Occupational Therapist
  • Lead one-on-one and group therapy sessions to improve residents' functional abilities
  • Support residents with daily activities that enhance independence and confidence
  • Document resident progress clearly and timely
  • Communicate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure personalized care
  • Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy goals and exercises
  • Promote a respectful, welcoming, and safe environment

What You Bring:

  • Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Active COTA license in the State of Ohio
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A passion for helping older adults achieve their goals
  • Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care is a plus—but not required
