**About the Role**
As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy to NDIS participants. Your role will involve supporting clients to achieve their functional goals in home and community settings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement therapy programs as outlined by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs), sensory processing, and functional mobility.
- Assist with community participation, social skills development, and adaptive equipment use.
- Prepare resources and assist with therapy documentation.
- Monitor and report on client progress.
- Work collaboratively with families and other professionals to support client goals.

**About You**
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Currently studying Occupational Therapy (3rd/4th-year undergraduates or 2nd-year Master's students are encouraged to apply).
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (Occupational Therapy) or equivalent qualification.
- Qualified OTs from overseas.
- Experience working with people with disabilities or in a related healthcare role.
- Knowledge of NDIS goals and requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
