About the Role
Churches of Christ Queensland are currently seeking 2 Clinical Practice Leads. These roles will be based at our head office in Kenmore, one role focusing on Falls, Palliative Care and Pain Quality Improvement Process, the other focusing on Trending, Reporting and Data Analysis.
These pivotal roles within our Seniors Living division supports activities aligned with our strategic direction, legislative/regulatory compliance requirements and may involve tasks such as data analysis, deliver clinical programs and projects as well as analysis of the outcome of audits.
About You
Our ideal candidate would have:
Essential:
- Passionate about Aged Care and continuous improvement
- Has current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Aged Care/Community care sector
- Current driver licence
- Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check
- Hold valid Australian Work Rights – Unfortunately we are not currently able to offer sponsorship
Desirable:
- Post Graduate qualifications in Dementia, Gerontic Nursing, Quality Assurance or Management
- Intermediate computers skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word as well as AutumnCare, Riskman, Power BI and Sandwai
