Job Description
We’re seeking an organised and proactive administrative professional who thrives on systems, processes, and problem-solving. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to manage critical administrative tasks and marketing platforms that amplify the Colliers brand in the market. Reporting to the National Director of Marketing & Communications, with a dotted line to other team leaders, you will provide essential support across marketing operations, internal communications, and platform management. You’ll be part of a highly collaborative, innovative team committed to excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Management: Support invoicing and revenue-related processes for marketing initiatives.
- CRM & Data Management: Help maintain marketing lists and research platforms to ensure data accuracy.
- Platform Support: Troubleshoot email and marketing platforms (training provided).
- Website & Brand: Assist with website maintenance and conduct brand compliance audits.
- Content Creation: Produce templated marketing and communication materials.
- Social Media management: Help manage the calendar of social media posts.
- Event & Meeting Coordination: Organise monthly marketing and corporate meetings.
- Internal Communications: Manage tools such as e-signatures, TV screens, and the Colliers HUB content updates.
- General Operations: Coordinate finance, contracts, and supplier processes.
Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or marketing support role.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
- Experience in financial processes (e.g., invoicing).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate level).
- Flexible, team-oriented approach and willingness to assist.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with eComms platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
- Canva proficiency.
- CRM knowledge (preferred but not essential).
- Advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.
