Job Description

- Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for APIs and integrations using MuleSoft.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to define integration strategies and interface designs.
- Map existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation or integration.
- Prepare user stories, functional specifications, and API documentation.
- Support end-to-end delivery including testing, defect management, and user acceptance.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and present solution walkthroughs.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in API/middleware integration projects.
- Strong understanding of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API Manager, and RAML/OpenAPI specifications.
- Solid grasp of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and message queues.
- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of SDLC, testing lifecycle, and release management.
