**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled **Financial Investment Adviser** to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This role involves working closely with clients to assess their financial needs, develop personalized investment strategies, and provide expert guidance on a range of financial products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to understand clients' investment needs and objectives.
- Develop and present tailored investment strategies that align with clients' risk tolerance and financial goals.
- Provide advice on a diverse range of financial products, including shares, bonds, managed funds, and other investment opportunities.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, offering timely insights and updates to clients.
- Manage client portfolios, ensuring their performance aligns with expectations and making adjustments as needed.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and support.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of **1 year relevant experience** in financial planning or investment advisory roles.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk assessment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Relevant financial adviser certifications (e.g., RG146 compliance in Australia) are preferred.
