As our client's on-going Strategic Recruitment Partner our firm SJM Search and Selection are looking for a Trading Representative or Operator.

**The oportunity**

Due to growth this is a fantastic opportunity to join the very experienced and supportive team located in one of Queenslands most attractive year round climates and locations. They are teh region's most professionl and well establshed full-service Wealth Management, and Financial Planning Buisness.

**The role**
- Responsible for Tradees and Order Reconciliation
- Manage international share queries and placing international orders
- Execute Exchange Order Placement and Booking
- Central Trade Manager (CTM) Electronic Trade Confirmation (ETC) Reporting
- Reporting of Short Sales to ASX
- Sorting of contract notes during the day
- Using the IRESS Order Entry Platform
- Manage the clients and worklow with Salesforce CRM Software
- Liaising with the team of Advisers and their Assistants

**About you**

Depending on the applicants’ qualifications (perhaps a related financial degree, post grad, or masters) and the attributes of the successful applicant, you will have the appetite and required skills, knowledge, attributes, and additional qualifications to transition across in time to an investment adviser.

**What you will bring**
- High Level of data entry accuracy and as mentioned a high attention to detail
- Be self-motivated with a strng work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Multi tasker with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven Customer Relationship Management and client retention skills
- Experience in using the IRESS Order Entry platform will be highly regarded
- Strong computer skills including Salesforce CRM, MS Word & Excel
