The Role

Ready to own the growth of a platform trusted by Australia’s most loved QSR and multi-site hospitality brands?

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to take charge of the NSW, WA, and New Zealand territories. You’ll be the one sitting across the table from franchise operators, operations managers, and IT leaders, showing them how to streamline their stack, scale with confidence, and deliver better customer experiences.

This isn’t just another SaaS sales role. It’s about understanding the moving parts of a QSR or fast casual group — from loyalty programs to kitchen workflows — and showing how Redcat can bring it all together. You’ll balance long enterprise sales cycles with quick tactical wins, landing deals that directly grow Redcat’s market share and influence in the sector.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll be out in market driving new business, building a pipeline, and showing operators how Redcat can change the way they work.

- Prospect QSR and multi-site operators, from fast casual groups to large enterprise chains

- Run discovery sessions with owners, operations, and IT leaders to uncover how their tech stack works

- Lead proposals and demos that show how Redcat solves operational pain points

- Manage six-month-plus enterprise cycles while landing quicker two-to-three-month wins to keep momentum strong

- Represent Redcat at industry events and build networks across the hospitality sector

- Collaborate with product and customer success to ensure clients are set up for long-term success

What You Bring

You know how to navigate complex organisations, build trust with decision-makers, and drive deals through to close. This is a role for someone who understands the pressures of multi-site hospitality and how technology fits into the bigger picture.

- Experience selling B2B SaaS or technology solutions into complex organisations

- Strong understanding of how multi-site or franchise operations tick (hospitality experience a big plus)

- Comfort navigating multiple stakeholders, from finance and IT through to ops and marketing

- Commercial acumen and resilience to manage long sales cycles while keeping the pipeline moving

- Self-motivation and maturity to thrive in a remote Sydney role

- Discipline with CRM and sales process (HubSpot experience highly regarded)

You’ll stand out if you bring established networks in QSR or fast casual, and experience with POS, loyalty, or kitchen management solutions.
