Elgas Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Tamworth (NSW), Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Retain an exciting customer baseline and achieve LPG sales budgets, including volume, margin, and product group objectives.
  • Achieve agreed LPG sales budgets, including volume, margin, and product channel goals.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and input data into the EWS system.
  • Complete and submit monthly sales reports, tracking performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Identify load-build opportunities throughout the geographic area and pass leads onto relevant personnel for follow-up.
  • Resign customer accounts as they fall due, prepare a Business Approval Model for all re-signs, and follow the company Delegation of Authority (DOA) guidelines.
  • Establish and maintain data on the customer information base via EWS screens; develop trade allies and ensure they are serviced.
Qualifications
  • Two to three (2-3) years of field sales experience.
  • Clean and valid driver's licence required.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Results-oriented with negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
