And now, we’re extending our reach and impact even further.**Your opportunity**Join our Customer Contact Centre team and play a vital role in supporting sales-related staff across Residential Care, Retirement Living, and Anglicare at Home. You’ll generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads for potential new residents and clients, and provide timely, accurate support for HR and Payroll enquiries.With integrity and resilience, you will:* Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to all contact channels (phone, email, web)* Manage enquiries from potential new residents and clients, connecting them with the right Anglicare staff* Convert enquiries into qualified leads, supporting the growth of Anglicare’s client base* Maintain a thorough understanding of Anglicare’s services to provide accurate information* Accurately record client information in key systems (Particle CRM, Genesys, SharePoint, Outlook)* Support sales efforts through outgoing canvassing calls and lead generation**What you’ll bring**You’re a people-focused communicator with a passion for service and a knack for building rapport.
