CSPD is seeking an experienced School of Now Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality virtual learning for students, enabling teachers and school leaders across our system.

The variety of this role includes:

Overseeing and coordinating School of Now operations, including enrolments, curriculum, and face-to-face schedules.

Collaborating with system and school leadership to ensure resources meet program needs.

Ensuring program quality, compliance, and alignment with CSPD policies and the Catholic ethos.

Coordinating professional learning for teachers and school leaders to build capacity.

Monitoring and supervising teachers within the program.

Leading and supporting continuous improvement and change initiatives.

Contributing to risk management, compliance, and policy development.

Building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a high-quality service.

The successful candidate will:

Hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant area of study.

Bring proven management and leadership experience, ideally in an education or related environment.

Have strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict management skills.

Demonstrate advanced skills in adaptability, communication, problem-solving, and team leadership.

Show strong knowledge of policies, procedures, and educational trends.

Model Gospel values and promote CSPD’s mission and Catholic ethos.

Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity.
