Your new role

As a Manager, you will:

- Drive outcomes and be responsible for diverse engagements (both formal and informal) from start to completion.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and relationships.
- Become part of the senior leadership team and contribute to strategic planning across the business.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior colleagues.
- Collaborate across offices and work as part of a team.
- Develop and deepen client relationships.
- Engage with Partners to support your career development.
- Have 5+ years’ experience in advisory, restructuring, and insolvency.
- Possess a business or accounting degree or equivalent.
- Be ARITA qualified or currently undertaking qualification.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate sound analytical and report writing skills.
- Exhibit high self-awareness, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
- Be highly motivated, team-oriented, with leadership qualities.
