Our stunning Nido Early School Iluka is seeking a Family Advocate who is expert in making the ordinary exceptional. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.
This critical role provides administration and leadership support within the service, ensuring exceptional customer service and a warm Nido welcome to all families. You will lean on your organisational expertise and time management skills, in contributing to the effective operation of the service and leadership team.
About the Service
- Stunning single story 87 place service steps away from the Beach and local coffee shops
- Cater s for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play areas as well as a piazza and an atelier
- Bus stop close by for easy commute to work
- Long standing supportive team to guide you through your career progression
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their childs development and fostering a sense of active participation

About You
- Previous front administration experience is essential
- Work closely with the Curriculum Leader and Centre Director to deliver outstanding service
- Be confident in communicating with families face to face and over the phone
- Driven to providing an exceptional customer service experience
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Certificate or Diploma in Business - desirable
