About Our Client

Our client is an FMCG manufacturing site based in Bomaderry NSW.

Job Description

- Lead all engineering and maintenance activities across the site, including a maintenance team.
- Manage CAPEX projects from concept to commissioning, including new line builds and installations.
- Manage a team of maintenance fitters and electricians.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations to align engineering with business goals.
- Drive operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve asset reliability.
- Manage external contractors and ensure high standards of safety and performance.
- Maintain strict budget control and deliver on cost-reduction KPIs.
- Champion OHS and risk management in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Support continuous improvement and lean transformation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Site Engineering Manager should have:

- Experience in Maintenance and Engineering Management within FMCG, Food Manufacturing or Pharmaceuticals.
- Proven experience managing CAPEX projects, including installation of new production lines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
