We have 2** casual opportunities** for skilled and resilient support workers to join our dedicated team in **Bomaderry**.

This home supports **male clients with acquired brain injury** and is best suited to someone with experience in **physical disabilities**, **manual handling**, and **personal care**.

Shifts available at this home include day, afternoon, active night (10pm - 6am) and sleepover (5pm - 9am)

**Your role**
- Supporting adults with complex mental health and, intellectual and physical disabilities in an independent living model.
- Following positive behaviour support and care support plans as directed by clinical teams and site managers.
- Encouraging capacity building to enhance clients’ current skills, such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport and accessing the community safely.
- Promoting choice and control and show willingness to participate in clients’ day to day routines, goals, and interests.
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect.

**Some of our requirements**:
We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role however, what’s important to us is that you have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers Licence or higher and flexible availability across a 24/7 roster which may include, mornings (6am-2pm OR 7am-3pm), afternoons (2pm-10pm OR 3pm
- 11pm), sleepover (5pm-9am).

**Please note**: successful applicants will be required to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and a Working with Children Check.
