As a Software Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing the Capricorn Group’s core business systems using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing, developing, and maintaining business‑critical applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Develop and maintain automation, workflows, plug‑ins and custom applications using Power Platform to streamline business processes.
- Leading by example—mentoring junior developers and promoting best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a Scrum/DevOps environment to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Integrating systems using Azure services like Logic Apps, Functions, and API Management and other middleware.
Technical Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP modules (plug‑ins, workflows, integrations, customizations).
- 3+ years working with Power Platform (Power Apps/Pages, Power Automate).
- Strong understanding of Dataverse, relational databases, and SQL.
- Experience with Azure integration services (Logic Apps, APIM, Functions).
- Bonus: Experience building cloud‑native apps on Azure or leading digital transformation projects involving Dynamics 365.

Qualifications
- Certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are highly regarded.
