Overview

NES Fircroft have partnered with a global power company who are seeking a Service Project Coordinator to support the delivery of customer projects within the electrical service division. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to coordinate schedules, manage documentation, and ensure projects run smoothly from planning to completion.

Key responsibilities

- Assist with project scheduling, coordination, and reporting.
- Monitor progress, prepare reviews, and manage documentation.
- Support cost tracking, invoicing, and compliance processes.
- Liaise with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Identify risks and opportunities, supporting timely resolution.

What they’re looking for

- 2+ years’ experience in project coordination or similar.
- Strong organisational and document management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office (SAP or project systems an advantage).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
