Scolmore Group is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our fast-paced PMO team. You will support the successful delivery of key projects, including ERP/WMS implementation and critical internal initiatives, by coordinating activities, managing communications, and driving project progress. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with project managers to plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities for timely delivery.

- Monitor project progress, deadlines, and budgets, proactively addressing deviations.

- Prepare detailed project documentation, including scope documents, business cases, project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment.

- Track project expenses and resources, maintaining accurate records and producing reports.

- Support risk management and issue resolution, escalating challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.

- Contribute to improving project management practices by implementing best practices and process enhancements.

Requirements

- Proven experience in project coordination or administration of projects, with a demonstrated track record of success in driving projects to completion.

- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the ability to effectively prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

- Prince2 or Project Management certification would be advantageous.

Skills and Experience

- Essential

- Excellent written procedure and documentation

- High standard of organisational and time-management skill

- Ability to communicate with people from a technical and non-technical background

- Ability to control training and open session environments

- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and systems

- Excellent telephone manner and client facing experience

- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office 365.

- Quick learner who can learn new technologies.

- Driving Licence

- A basic understanding of security and data privacy principles

- Desirable

- Prince2 or similar project management qualification

- Experience in ERP or WMS platforms
